Just want to give kudos to the kids that work @ this location. They do a great job of keeping the flow running smoothly and I have never had any issues with dropping of or picking up items here. I would like to say, there is a young lady named Courtney I believe who does her job extremely well and is extremely good with helping the other kids when they need help. She is always super patient and helpful with great professionalism!

I don’t know if management has changed but the level of customer service has declined rapidly and they now add fees any chance they get. Used to be a quality shipping outlet but no longer unfortunately

Quick & attentive staff. Fast moving line. No complaints. I’ve used the web portal for printed documents, returned shipments, & sent packages. Never with any issue. This is an excellent UPS store, & hey it’s in Plum.
