I toured the main building. Hallways are dark and have a weird smell. Walls throughout the build have chipped painted. Laundry room lights did not work.Inside the apartment itself was nice. But overall everything outside the apartment was not kept up.

Just moved my daughter into Waldorf Towers. We had to place a maintenance call to the answering service 24/7 and also to the leasing office. After no time at all, we had Steve show up at the door. He was ready, willing and able to take care of the issue. Everything he did from start to finish was of top notch quality handled with friendliness and EXTREME professionalism. Steve has an excellent work ethic. His work absolutely shows that he cares about you and that he takes pride in his work. Thanks to Steve, Jenna and the rest of the team for a job well done.

Steve the maintenance professional has been to my apartment more than once for repairs he is always polite friendly and gets the job done efficiently. I have never had an instance where what I needed done was not resolved in a very prompt manner. Maintenance is always sent by management immediately. 5 stars!
