I live in one of the studios on the third floor with my 4 year old and for us water is roughly 25 per month and electricity is about 35-40 in the winter (Thanks downstairs neighbors for loving your heat) and about 50-60 in the super hot summer months because I run a/c almost non-stop. Rent wise I pay slightly over $600 per month.

It depends on how much you are home, how much power you pull, what floor you're on (second floor for example of your downstairs neighbor uses the heat more you will benefit from it) and your water usage. There is no correct way to answer your question because in all reality it depends on you.

That would depend on how much utilities you use.
