Excellent and quick service with friendly advice and reasonable rates. They also sell vintage watches. Probably the best repair shop in the area and possibly one of few remaining that provides full service repairs. The location was in the back of the building so a bit tricky to find at first glance but parking is plenty on both sides of the building.

They have been able to get any parts I've needed. They are pretty awesome and quick. Personally though, if it is a sapphire piece, I would order it direct from Citizen and have them put it in. So you know it's a genuine part.
