No they focus on wild birds only. However, the center for avian and exotic medicine vet across the street will take stray or injured domestic birds. I brought a budgie there. 562 Columbus Avenue

Yes they do... Any bird that may be in need or in trouble. And if they see that there is no danger, the staff guides the individual on what to do with the bird..
It is a hospital that's focused on a wild life health care. They help to wild life & domesticated birds : duck, chickens, pigeons etc. and they also help to wild life animals including squirrels etc.
