Because they gave me housin in Bethelehen it was very Far away and I want in Alentoum because of my husband's conditions I want a first floor my disadvantage is 2800 a month 4adult are disabled I want it emergency due to my husband's conditions ok

Not sure if I understand your question correctly lol but what I can tell you from experience in helping someone fill an application out & the way it was explained; if your number 100 on the waiting list...as the number decreases on the list, the closer you get to obtaining your voucher (example) 100, 99, 98, 97 / continuing same consistency down to 1 = 1 means your voucher is up for whatever you applied for. Basically, the higher the number; the further away ...the lower the number; the closer you are to receiving voucher. * However, there are exceptions depending on the severity of your situation that will help bump some people into priority on the list.
