Our SUV had a flat tire on I-78 near Allentown at around 5:30 in the morning, a mere hour and a half into our 15-hour drive to Atlanta from New Jersey. After calling our insurance company for road assistance in replacing our tire with the spare donut, we proceeded to nearby Monro since they open early. A few minutes before their official opening time of 7:30 am, Darrell examined our tire and said it was repairable, so he quickly went into action. He was soon done in almost no time, and after remounting the tire, helping stow the spare underneath the SUV, and doing a little chit-chatting, he said "you're good." Thanks, Darrell, for going above and beyond what would have been just another tire repair for a passing stranger!
