Very thorough and professional. Matt really knows his stuff. When I arrived he had the tires and bay ready for me. No wasted time. How I wish there were others like this when it comes to car repairs. Thanks Matt. I'll be back. I returned recently. While the signage still says Jack Williams apparently the company has been sold to Mavis Discount tires. It's hard to say how this will affect the people working there. They seem to be a little bit low on certain tires currently. I don't know if this is because of supply chain issues or because of a relatively limited number of distributors that Mavis can call on.
