U gotta call ur housing and tell them u wanna leave. Then call where u wanna go and ask if they are billing or absorbing. Then call ur current one back and tell them. If it works out u can look for a place in Allentown first find one u like cause u only get like 2 months to find one and it can take longer then that.. hope ur still with me lol....so once u find the place u want call ur current and say ur transferring. They will send ur info to Allentown who will issue u a voucher and then u get the place inspected sing lease and ur good.
