My experience with them is very different. I took my elderly cat (19) in because he was losing weight and was severely incontinent. I thought I was losing him. The nurses (I'm sorry I don't know what else to call them) were VERY nice to me and loved on him greatly. The vet was so tentative and encouraging. Long story short, he had a small heart murmur and UTI. He's doing fine today thanks to Paws to Help!
Yes they changed ownership due to the fact Eve passed away 2 years ago, we do have a few new doctors but all of them are really nice. We just don't appreciate the rude clients that we have to deal with every day thinking they can be rude an loud with us or demand free things just because we're non profit.
