I've gone to ASAP Appliance Parts for the past several years to get parts for my washer & dryer. They've always had the parts I needed even though it's an older machine. Also, they have the best prices of a any place that you can walk into to get what you need right then, instead of ordering online and waiting. These guys have saved me 3 times! The business sign outside is badly faded and difficult to read when you're looking for their storefront, but that's the only negative thing I can say about them. However, GPS will take you right to them. Very highly recommended!

They are local and knowledgeable. Had the exact part I needed, not just some generic part others sell and say “it should work”. Also, gave me a tip on installing the part that saved some time and aggravation. They get busy, and you may have to wait a little bit to get a counter person, but that are trying to hire some new employees.

Very good all time

You would have to call them to find out
GE factory part in stock, $25.31
Yes we do.
Sebastian, from what I understand, specific inquiries posted in the q&a section don't typically reach the proprietor(s) in time to be relevant. What I can say is the staff at ASAP are truly great. I'm not an experienced appliance repair tech, just a diy'er with an internet connection. Not only did the they keep their doors open for me when I called realizing that I wasn't going to arrive before closing time, but the gentleman who had my part waiting for me went out of his way to inquire about what problem I was having. The info I gathered online led me to believe I needed a $35 part. He then printed out a complete schematic of my dryer's digital interface and suggested that what I more likely needed was a $12 part. In summary, while the "other appliance part supplier" basically offered to order the part from an online retailer that I could just as well have dealt with and to sell it to me at an inflated cost. Not only did ASAP had everything in stock and priced much lower.
