The front desk assistants were excellent. I rated as such because they were exceptional. However the facility needs more medical staff because the wait time needs to be addressed.

I was recently injured at work and was sent here for care. Care is exactly what I got! From the front desk staff (with a special mention of how fabulous Ellie is) to my intake nurses, my x-ray tech, my physician Natasha to the wonderful ladies who check me out and get me set for my next visit. The staff is wonderful, caring and very efficient. And today I had to bring my husband in for an infection from a bite and they were so quick to take him in and treated him wonderfully as well. He even commented as we left that, “You weren’t kidding when you said how fantastic they are!” Thank you to the entire staff! You have truly been wonderful and I/we appreciate you so much!

To my knowledge, they are not doing covid testing. But to ensure accuracy, I would call ahead and schedule an appointment. This location moves rather slow and walk in's are not top priority. You will be left waiting for an extended amount of time.
