Yes, provided the purchaser is 55 or older and lives in the apartment.
From 9am to 5pm personal office is available Monday to Friday. Also , club house office is open every day, close at 10pm.
Yes - you can have under 55 visitors come and stay with you. You can also get guest entry and facility use passes. I'm not certain what the maximum length of stay is - you will need to call about that.
