I called in to get in touch with Mrs. Rice which is one of the manager's at one of the funeral home locations. I never have gotten a call back and it wasn't that serious but the fact I was just trying to catch up with Mrs. Rice and see how she is doing, I talked to a young lady who said she would have Mrs. Rice to call me back but I have not gotten a call back to date... If they can't tell the truth about something small then I could not think of ever doing business with them.

I cannot say enough good things about Knott's funeral home. The first time I used them they were so warm and welcoming that I knew when I needed to plan funeral services again that I would be using them. I found myself needing their services less than a month later and was just as pleased the second time around. This is the day that the Lord has made. I will rejoice and be glad in it!!!! Words can not express the gratitude and joy I feel for the care and respect shown to my family by Knott's Funeral Home on today. Our father passed away. This was our first time doing a funeral service and I Know we didn't get everything right. We at some points dropped the ball but Knotts stepped in and made all things look as though it was flawless!
