Our hot water started taking forever to reach the tap. Turns out our water heater recirculator pump went out. We called PPH&A as soon as we noticed the problem first thing in the morning. They sent Tom within and hour and he diagnosed the problem and shortly thereafter Ken and Michael arrived and replaced the unit by early afternoon.
