This company does not care what your lawn looks like. If they see something wrong, they just ignore it. If they do something wrong to your lawn, they just ignore it. If you try to contact them to resolve the issues, they just blow it off and ignore it. They will run over sprinkler head with the mower and break them, they love to mow over any trash on the lawn, they also love to mow dirt and muddy lawns. They will slice through hoses with their weed eaters and not repair it. They will not pick up their mower blade and damage your side walk. They love to hit the fences and damage them. We also have dead trees, dead shrubs, dead dead grass. After months and months of emails and phone calls, nobody does anything to resolve the issues. They are good about collecting their money and ignoring any issues. Not to mention all the dead grass in the main parts of the subdivision. This is just half of the problems. If you really cared you would send an actual manager or owner to Charter Pointe subdivision and see that these lawns in the alley load part look horrible. These pictures should show you the horrible neglect and the mindset of not caring.

Don’t hire these guys unless you want your subdivision to burn up year after year and give you poor customer service for tens of thousands or dollars. This is the second year our subdivision hired these guys (trying to give them another chance… as they promised they would have way better service) and their lack of professionalism and attentiveness to detail as well as punctuality and fixing the sprinkler timing and helping find the solution is poor at best. Took them 3 weeks to come out this time and it’s already too late. I highly hope our HOA board doesn’t give these guys a third year. I wouldn’t ever hire them.

Had an issue regarding something breaking, and Jim came out and took care of the problem. Great follow through, and as far as I can see every season, they do a fantastic job in my neighboring subdivision.

Cutting Edge has provided landscaping and landscape maintenance service to our HOA for over 4 years. We've had some no-so-good providers in the past. Cutting Edge is absolutely the best! They are very dependable and reliable. Their staff are always courteous and friendly to our homeowners. I have never heard any negative comments from any of our Members. We have renewed our Contract with them for 2022 and hope to have them work for us many years into the future.
