Very poor customer service. Ordered 10 tables and only received 9 upon arrival because one was broken. We were not offered the 10th table replacement. When dropping off the tables we were told we would be charged a 120 fee for not delivering 10. WE ONLY RECEIVED 9. Sketchy business.

UPDATE: While I understand that the team may not feel comfortable with physically loading items into a customer's vehicle, the simple gesture / helping hand, to assist a customer in at least carrying the items close to the vehicle and then allowing the customer to load them inside. It's quite surprising that I am getting all the reasons as to why your team is unable to simply provide a helping hand. Even including a sarcastic google reply stating that if we paid $100 for delivery, the tables and chairs would be placed on our roof if needed (see below). This is no different than holding a door open for a customer. I shouldn't have to pay an extra rate for such a small gesture Also, I was told that because our order was less than $100, we wouldn't qualify for delivery. So the below is still inaccurate. Response from the owner Hello Denise As we explain this issue through email. As it states in every contract for customer pick up "Customer are responsible for loading & unloading rentals" We do not provide assistant loading due to issues we had dealt with in the past, damage caused by our equipment being loaded into a customers vehicle. For this main reason we have the right to not help load or unload. Our staff will bring out the equipment and it is the customers responsibility to load. Please consider our delivery service, $100 will get a truck and 2 guys to deliver and place your equipment in your patio, garage, or even the roof if needed and we will pick up. _______________________________________ I placed my order for the Easter weekend and appreciate the team being flexible with the pick up date and drop offs. However, I must say I was disappointed with the level of customer support/service upon both pick up and drop off My husband arrived alone to pick up two 6 foot tables and 14 chairs - and NOT ONE person helped him out. He even spoke with one of the staff members, and they took out the receipt to show him that the moving of the chairs was to be done by the customer. I understand that we did not pay for delivery and/or assembly, but it would have just been a nice gesture (a helpful hand) to have had someone assist him in placing a few of the chairs into his car, again as he was there alone. This same thing happened upon drop off as well. Also, the chairs were not cleaned out prior to our pick up. A lot of the chairs were dragging dirt into my home. Looks like the dirt was coming from the foot of most chairs.
