We're coming in September and we're trying 2 make a reservation but The Polite Pig isnt listed on the list of restaurants at wdw ???

It's at Disney Springs, it is walk up service and not part of the Disney Reservation system. Great Food

Yes. I think it is first come first serve. What we did is, when we arrived, we were given a table for drinks, and then ordered food. We sat on the terrace/outdoor bar area. We ordered food in a walk up fashion, and took it back to our table. But, I think that they have servers available inside. The terrace is nice and relaxing. Hope this helps. Have fun!
