Have others had terrible service at the North Providence spot? My car was not clean! There is even a number missing from my license plate now, dirty filthy wet rag left in the front passengers side, wet mats from inside car stuck in trunk! AWFUL

Do they ever answer their phone?? Tried at least 10 times. No answer. How do they expect to do business when you don't answer the phone??

I have been there 3 times. Two of the three were very good experiences. The third visit was on a very nice Saturday morning that was very busy there and I have to say the inside of the car should have been a little cleaner than it was. Overall, i would rate them a 4 out of 5.

They did my car great, i own a Rav4, no complaints here..He went over my car before n after i picked it up and explained things, what they do. Also the rain beads off windshield which helps alot when your driving on the highway.

The seats in our car didn't look too bad when we picked it up because they were still damp but as soon as they dried they looked horrible. And since then they attract dirt so easily, maybe because they were not rinsed well enough? They did a fair job with vacuuming and dusting.
