We moved into Douglas Apartments a short time ago from out of state and sight unseen except for the internet and google earth pro. Pamala the Property Manager, Nicole the Leasing Manager and Lindsey her assistant have all gone out of their way to make us comfortable here. The apartment has been completely renovated. We were a little concerned about having to use a tub in the bathroom, but when we saw the apartment in person, it had a beautiful large shower in place of the tub. Matt the Director of Maintenance and Joe from Maintenance have answered every request immediately. The grounds are beautiful and the building is kept clean. One of the major reasons for choosing Douglas Apartments is the fact that it is for people over 55. The residents here are very friendly, and will help you whenever they can. We are very happy we moved back to Rhode Island, and Douglas Apartments is one of the main reasons we are.

I lived in Douglas Apartments for one and half years and I only have good things to share about the place. You get to see enjoy the scenic beauty all throughout the year. The 24*7 maintenance, friendly staffs, responsive and caring people around me made my stay even more pleasant and memorable there! If you are looking for an apartment in North Providence, I would recommend Douglas Apartments as the go to place. I would like to thank Nicole McCreadie for taking care of all the paperwork I ever needed and also for accomodating all my requests always!!

I lived here for three years and was really happy with my experience. The apartment was absolutely spotless when I moved in. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Snow removal and landscaping were well taken care of. The park across the street is a beautiful place to walk, run, picnic, etc. Maintenance requests were resolved within 1-2 business days, sometimes even within the same day.
