For my consultation he spent over an hour with me and gave me tremendous clarity and understanding of what I can do with my build; giving realistic advice that benefited me, not his company. Fast forward to the actual work, there was a pretty big miscommunication and Bob rectified the situation without being asked. Top notch service and I will drive an hour to get there to be sure to receive this quality service!

The ONLY automotive service shop that has ever called and told me how awesome they think my vehicle is. They exclusively work on Wranglers and really know what they are doing. My YJ Wrangler is over 30 years old and the tech who worked on it, Will, not only did a terrific job but is building his own YJ. How can you beat the knowledge of a fellow enthusiast? He even surprised me by custom painting the center of my new rear diff cover to match my Jeep. Jessica the service advisor is the best I have ever seen. She communicated frequently and helped me make important decisions. She went above and beyond to be proactively helpful and mindful of my budget. I am careful who I let work on my Jeep. Wrangler's Direct has earned my trust and are 100% recommended.

Omg this people are the Best! After a horrible experience at the dealership with a bad install of a new soft top , I call wrangler direct and Jessica was really sweet Calm me down say to bring it in as soon I got there I was greated by Bob and Jessica introduce me to Bob he when outside even tho I didn’t have an appointment and they where busy with other customers he tuck care of me they fix the damage he resolved it so I wouldn’t have to be without windows till I get my replacement top. I mean this people are amazing!!! customer service is outstanding! Very professional…. Thank U so much for saving the Day !! And nobody but you guys will touch my Jeep ever again!!!! Thank you!!!!!
