I had a family member who was there for 7 weeks. Patient care should number one priority and it was not! Every time she asked for help from staff Noone was available. She was practically total care, couldn't do much for herself. All cnas claimed to be busy with other patients when she pressed the call button. She waited to use the bathroom for 30-55 minutes each time. They NEED MORE CNAS so all patients can get the care they need. Most of the time CNA's were in a hurry so they didn't take the time to be gentle while moving and assisting her.

My husband was there for 3 weeks. They obviously did not have enough staff. The food was usually cold by the time he got it. It took a long time to answer if he pressed the call button. While I was there one Sunday, the women giving out the medicine tried to give him medicine that wasn’t his. Someone called to tell me that when they checked on him, he was unresponsive, they were doing cpr and called the rescue to transport him to the hospital. They even told me the WRONG hospital! When I went to pick up his things after he passed away, no one could find his cell phone.

No way to reliably order meals. Floors and walls are very clean. Staff are good, with a great positive attitude that can do wonders😄😜🍓
