Great trail following the creek well marked and easily traversed. Can be runoff water on the trail and steep edges with a good drop to the creek at points.

Beautiful place to hike any time! It's best to be there extra early to avoid crowds! You'll find crowds to be at a minimum in colder or adverse weather

Beautiful area and great loop hike, Dunnfield-AT along with circumference around Sunfish Pond. Bear wading in the creek sighting today--on way back to parking lot (abt 5 min away) Very cool and scary all at the same time lol!

Trisha's post is 100% accurate, plus there is a larger parking lot, if open, by Visitor Center, a short walk away, going under I-80.
