Horrible. I can't understand how these people are in business. It's basically just a bay of a garage. They don't answer the phone at all. The phone number is just useless. I bought two Groupons for a full detail and had to drive there just to make an appointment because they don't answer the phone. I made a 9:00 a.m. appointment on a Monday and had arranged a ride. There was traffic on mineral spring and I was running about 10 minutes late. I couldn't call to say so because they won't answer the phone. When I got there, my ride told me the guy had left! Wouldn't even wait for me. I left several notes (stuck them to the bay windows because there's no front office) with my phone number asking him to call me and he never called. Absolutely rude and unprofessional!

I really don’t know how this place is in business! I also don’t know how it has any good reviews? I’m willing to bet that all the good reviews are friends with the workers here. I agree with all the bad reviews. Everyone who works here is super rude especially the manager! They charge you extra fees to do things that should be included and then your car is still filthy! I paid an extra five dollars for them to vacuum my trunk and it was still full of sand. My dashboard was still dusty in the cupholders still full of sticky stuff and crumbs. Had to re-clean my car when I got home. Save your money and do it yourself or go somewhere else!
