You can fly anywhere but not directly. You need to hop to ATL with Delta and Charlotte if you travel with American.
You can go to or come from anywhere, direct flights are limited by the Airlines. American Airlines goes to Miami FL and Charlotte NC. Delta connects in Atlanta.
