The lady in the front office is an older Hispanic lady that is the rudest woman iv ever came across.. she hits transfer before you can finish a sentence.. if you even attempt to ask Any questions about eligibility requirements she cuts you off and is rude.. when the office was open in person she was rude to all customers in the office also

I'm handicap. Legally blind and I talk to a lady who WILL NOT HELP ME WITH A APPLICATION... I told her I'm legally blind and I need help with the application... She told me they don't help people that way?? So you don't help the handicap? She passed me to another phone number that didn't even answer??? Great service??? Glad those donations are hard at work for those that need them!??

*weatherization** Record them!!!! Use a camera phone or any type of recorder. They will try to cheat you out of things you qualify for. Follow them during the entire visit in your house. Ask them what test they are performing and why. They can give you a free HVAC System or repair if you can get a letter from your doctor. Contact the department of energy OIG if you have a problem. This is a government funded program.

It's 1-844-356-8136. The line is open 24/7.
Proof of income for 2 Pay periods, or proof of Monthly income such as Wages or Disability etc, past two months bills, a letter head statement from Utility Company if services are already off. A Picture I.D. Social security card for all those you may have listed in household but if no others then just your social security card. If you receive food stamps tell them you need two printouts. And if the Utilities are not in your name, that person needs to be present to sign a paper. I think I have covered it all.
I am not sure. But, it would be a great place to work. Good luck! 😀
Go to Google and type free nebulizer for the poor and they will not be free but some are very cheap like $14.95 and they are covered by Medicaid. Possibly Social Services can assist with that as well.
No, but this # takes you to the location where u will go to your initial appt. to see if they can even help you. However, they cannot set up an appt. for you over the phone here. You have to fill out the application online. It used to be set up and appt through a 1-800 # but it changed I found out today.
There are different programs offered by CFCAA. It would be best to call the main office at 352-373-7667 to discuss your need so they can give you accordingly.
I have called this office numerous times over the past 2 years. When asked to type in my zip code it says all appointments for my zip code are filled. I think this agency is committing FRAUD. They recently got a huge fund grant under the CARES Stimulus Act, but I think they are sitting on the money to draw interest thru their bank & pay themselves for doing nothing. Everyone needing help should find out the federal agency who gives them all their money and file a complaint. I also suspect the operators of this agency are racist. They are all black.
