The water is a constant temperature around low 70s.
Probably 70s / high 40s. Water is always 72.
It varies really. And just saying "cold" is pretty relative. I think it averages 68 as a high and mid to high 40s as the low. I'm from Chicago so for me that's prefect paddling weather! The water temp stays roughly the same year round, low 70s I believe.
