This is a homeowners association. You need a key to access any of the parks, but there are several vacation rental homes available that include access. The three rivers are the ichnetucki, the Santa fe, and the Suwanee. Sp? The ichnetucki is my favorite. It's a crystal clear, spring fed river, with a constant temperature of 72 degrees. Cold. Tubing from one park to the other can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 or 3 hours, depending on the water level. Lots of people on the river between memorial day and labor day, nobody the rest of the year. With the secluded areas and huge Cypress trees, it can be a little spooky when you're all alone, but the peace, quiet, and beauty are well worth it. A couple of beers help. There are lots of birds, turtles, and dragon flies. I've seen a couple of small alligators on the bank, and one water snake. I've also swam with manatee in this river on three different occasions. I think of this river as my heaven on earth.

Yes, Take Washington @ Utah until pavement ends about 200 yards before you get to boat ramp. You need a TREPO key to open the gate.
