I was just there this past Monday first time and I must say that the current is quite Swift. I have to say I'm a fairly strong swimmer and when I got off the dock to get into my inner tube I fell in backwards. Lucky for me I did not let go of the Rope on my tube able to quickly grasp hold of the dock before the current took me completely out.
The north entrance has a handicap seat for getting into the spring. Not sure if they tube from that point or not.
They can be tricky. I could be wrong but I think the north entrance is a little calmer. The south entrance has a pretty swift current.
