what time does the park get full on weekends?I have a two hour drive and wont get there until noon on a saturday.

It is full by 10 AM.

I think pretty early. You will be fine at noon. The river is only open at the south end. The north end is closed indefinitely for restoration and restore. Enjoy your day!
