There isn't much of a beach, but they do have a handicapped chair lift in thw swimming area. Most of the swimming area is pretty deep, with most of the shallow parts right around the edge of the swimming area.
I'm mobility disabled, I can barely walk due to bad hips. There is a concrete path all the way to the water for tubing. I called ahead to make accommodations. The staff was very helpful! I left my chair where I got into the water, it was waiting for me where I got out. As I said, I can walk a little so I didn't need assistance getting in and out of the water. I would ask if you need further accommodation than transporting your chair. Also, if you're chair isn't powered, you may need someone to push you, especially after you get out, it's all uphill to the tram. There's plenty of handicapped parking, bathrooms and store are accessible. I had a very pleasant experience!
Don't believe there is a beach. The tubing and kayaking is handicapped accessible tho with a tram to bring you back when you are done. I am unsure how you will get a wheel chair down to the other end. You might need a tram to bring it down to meet you.
I didn't really see beaches. It's basically a tubing/kayaking kind of place, but there were ramps as well as stairs where I was.
Only tubed the river unsure about a beach.
