I was outside calling this place and no one was answering and it was not that pack, I come inside get my order and I’m here waiting. And I see this girls just on their phone. Is this why they weren’t answering? And they still on their damn phone!!

I called them and was on hold for the drive from mesquite to the location. I actually ordered at the counter while still on hold lol

Well report their store. Call corporate and let them know about the poor service. They wl send the regional mgr if they get enough complaints.

It happened to me that I arrived and asked for my order and they told me that it took 30 minutes and it took an hour 15 minutes because they first attended other people who arrived later because they were their friends and when they complained they told me that if I wanted something free and I said that they did not better pay attention to their work.

That's very good as they are in a hurry to give you the order to talk and the phone is a place where everything was very well all well prepared but now I believe it is the worst
