If I can give this place no stars of course I would. I made my order online and went at the designated time it said it would be ready. Once I entered there were a lot of people waiting for their orders and I was waiting in line for 30 minutes. That is crazy time to wait in line to pick up an online order.when I went up to the glass to say my order that I was picking up the worker ignored me and started calling out other orders. So once he said my name for my order I politely responded and I was reaching for that little glass door and I did not know you can not open it when the other person is opening the door so I let go and the worker started saying loudly that I should let go and other stuff and then I did but he was taking forever to close the door on his side because he was just staring at me with anger or god knows what so I told him close the door and he started to get mad and told me to “get out of there”. Worst workers there. I get that they are understaffed but a wait of 30 minutes and for them to ignore you when you tell them your order is outrageous. Worst Wingstop in the Dallas area.

The place is horrible. It's ghetto. Dining room is open, but all the tables & are stacked & wrapped in plastic. The staff works behind 3 inch bulletproof glass. They hand you your food in a rotating, locking platform, like it was a cash transaction worth thousands of dollars. They are chincey & cheap. The refuse to issue extra napkins or straws. Not to mention the rude, condescending attitude & comments. They act like their paying customers are a nuisance. I will Never spend another penny of my money here

Literally the worst service ever at a wing stop! They actually argue and don’ fight with customers! Along with their extremely rude, incompetent and unprofessional staff. They couldn’t even have an order placed 3 days in advanced ready for pick up at the correct time and couldn’t even get the order right. If you like wing stop, this one will definitely make you loose your appetite
