Worst wings ever had, they poured the grease with the chicken in the basket. All the wing were soggy and falling apart, wanted to go back and ask for my money back but it’s not worth it. Just won’t take my business there anymore

Very poor work ethic. Went in to pick up an order that showed it was completed at 4:45pm. They had said it would be ready in 2min. When I asked for an update they said 20min. I did not receive my food until 5:20pm. Keep in mind I had placed my order around 3:50pm. This was just the worst experience I’ve ever had there by far.

I ordered through DoorDash and I called to see if they could change my sauce for a different one and it took a minute for them to answer the phone. The first girl who answered hung up on me. So I called again and I asked to speak to the manager. She told me she could change the sauce on my order. Food ended up being delicious 🤤Other than that I Wouldn’t recommend calling if your in a rush.

Can I give no stars?? I ordered online and must admit the ordering process was easy. I went to pick up my food and thought "I cant wait to try this". I had family over so I thought ordering a bunch wings, fries, rolls etc would be quick and easy but boy was I wrong.. Well I ordered original hot wings and an order of lemon pepper wings. I got my original hot wings but instead of lemon pepper I got parmesean wings. No one in my house eats those kind so that was a complete waste. The fries were old and cold and to top it off there was a hair in the fries basket. I did not bother calling to complain since it was late 8pm and I had no intention on ever going back. I spent $45 to be disgusted and learn a valuable lesson which was never eat Wingstop again!
