The employees at this location do not care the slightest about their job. The store is busy and they’re on their phone or taking hits off their vape. On top of that, almost ever customer had something wrong or missing from their order.

My family and I ordered a 40 family piece of wings. By far this has been a worst experience That we’ve have had at Wingstop. ⭐️Problem With Our Order: DRYNESS of the CHICKEN, lack of FLAVOR, lack of INGREDIENTS , and the FOOD BEING COLD. Customer service OK. Step it up Wingstop! We are honestly unsatisfied with our purchase. There was four cooks available and it seemed like none of them could get the recipe SEASONING correct. We will not be making purchases from this location.

I had not been in quite some time because the chicken was so greasy that it pooled in the container. My recent order did not have that problem. The chicken was crispy, hot and not overly oily. My only criticism is the seasoning was a little too heavy on the salt. I will likely return to this location.

I've been a wingstop loyal customer for the longest but I've notice that wingstop has been lacking in taking the customers serious over the past year. Like for instance everytime I call they pick up tell me can you hold on and leave me on hold for the longest that sometimes the line even hangs up and I have to call them back all over again! after waiting for longest and only to be told the exact same thing all over again! They need to step it up and realize that if it wasn't for the customers buying wingstop that place wouldn't be there still open smh! And sometimes the fries are either super greasy or stale. And I've gotten my wings super cold after picking up my order right on time. Please hire people that will have a passion for this job so they can provide better customer service.
