Ordered for dine in, cashier told me 19 minutes. And I asked about my order at 30 minutes after my receipt time. Which she told me they were waiting on fries, and I replied that it has been 30 minutes and she ignored me. I get my food and it is not fresh, the wings were not hot and they were already soggy from the sauce, and the fries were limp. If I wanted the food like this I would have ordered to go. FYI I kept observing and they cater to mobile, delivery orders. Also they don’t answer the phones, they let them ring. Lastly while I was there another customer walked out after slamming the counter and later the door. The tables and restroom were clean.

Extremely rude staff awaits for you at this location. On 6-19-22, my first time at Casa Linda wanting to order to go, the front cashier acted like she doesn't want to be there. No eye contact & no desire to sell. Almost no one dining in and no one waiting in the lobby, she tells me no immediate orders will be available for the next +1hr. I didn't mind waiting but what customer stays when bad attitude is given? I'm never returning to this location.

over the past 6 months this location has gone down drastically in terms of quality. I picked up the food at the exact time we scheduled our pick up and it was cold. the fries were black, they looked old. we ordered lemon pepper and garlic parmesan and they lacked seasoning and were soggy. the lemon pepper wings were essentially nuggets because they were so small and had a broken piece of bone. this is not the first time we noticed the quality going down hill but this will be the last time ordering at this location.

Not sure what’s going on with this wing-stop, but it isn’t the same at all it’s going down hill. The people who work inside of this wing-stop are amazing it just seems like they don’t have what they need to be successful that’s not a reflection on the staff that’s a reflection on management or the owner whoever it is need to get it together I’ve been so disappointed each time! Until a change is made I will not return. Why in the world would you have open straws like that when you know the time we are all living in this is sooo crazy! Just forget about everyone’s safety we all know that shouldn’t be open like that and those straws should be wrapped individually I know people put their hands in the top part without even thinking let me push a straw out. I brought it to wing-stops attention and nothing was done about it maybe after this review something will be done I could be saving someone’s life🤷🏽‍♀️cover those straws up wing-stop it’s not a good look at all!
