They gave my order away and told me to wait 3 minutes, then they say to wait another 15 for the fries, ended up waited a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes while watching customers come in and out with no issue. Terrible, very unhappy with my service.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Employee in front, Zoey, doesn't acknowledge you are there; lobby full of people and after I just told her on my own that I paid for an online order she still took her sweet slow time barely straightening up the drink area before she asked for my name. Keep in mind they close at 11 and I ordered at 10:20. She then goes in the kitchen, comes back out, prints my order and then says "You got 10 minutes." It's already 11. I'll NEVER return to this very sorry, very ratchet location. The hood deserves better.

Don't even waste your time to come here, worst service ever. I order online at 8:35 vía the app which said that it would take 57-62 min. I received a message that my order was completed and headed to pick my order, I arrived at 9:43 pm, when ask for it, the lady went and look for it it wasn't even ready. I was told that it will be ready in another 10 min., I stated that my app show me completed at 9:34 and she just laughed and told me that they have been busy. I'm still here waiting will come back with an update shortly. Will see how much more......alright it's 9:55 and I just got my order after 1 hr and 20 later....

Called and was placed on hold, never picked back up. I called again and was placed on hold AGAIN and no one picked up. When I finally got tired of waiting I decided to walk into the store to see what the deal was. No one was in the store so there was no reason for me to be placed on hold. When I walked inside the girl at the register with long braided multi colored hair and long false eyelashes was too busy playing on her phone and texting to even acknowledge me and when she realized I was finally at the register she took my order. If you work at a food establishment especially where the risk of contamination is high not just from Covid but from bacteria on your phone or money or anything else you touch, maybe you should be more conscious of the people you are serving. I will never be back to this location.
