They got my order wrong and when i went back so they can correct it they’re there with their stank attitude when they’re in the wrong. And at that they gave me fries with no season just plain like if they did it on purpose

I wanted to say that Sharilyn did an exceptional job taking care of customers that came in to pay/pick up orders get drinks answer phones all with amazing customer service. Even though she had no help from anyone else when I was there she stayed cool calm and collected and made sure everyone was happy and went above and beyond for that WOW customer service you look for. I made sure to let her know she did a great job and we appreciated her hard work. Now for the food review I have it 3 stars based on the temp of the food. The fries were cool and really had no flavor to them as the usually do. The wings were decent.

Worst experience I've ever had at this location. Placed my order at 8:27pm got the confirmation that it will be ready in 48 minutes or less. Got here at about 9:20pm they told my husband it will be another 20 minutes. So that makes it 9:40pm. Went to get our order and they said they didn't have our order so they had to look it up from the time I screenshot the order on my phone. We didn't get out food till 10:05 and was still missing our 6 dinner rolls. They had about 4 people in the kitchen. I just don't believe anyone should be waiting over an hour for their food. Which by the way we weren't the only ones waiting that long.

Place is a mess now. Second bad experience. Store was little bit busy. Only one person in the front to help the customers. 3 other people standing in the kitchen discussing their personal life. Even though they see customers are waiting, they didn't cared about helping them. Another bad example when corporate takes over the store. Got the food all cold especially the fries.
