Ronald,I went there this week. They are wonderful.you need to gather all your medical records and drop them off so they can review them. If you do this on a Tuesday you can probably be seen the same day as they have walk in appts that day. Once they accept you as a patient you pay your visit fee of $150 or $140 if you qualify for the reuced rate. You meet with the MD or nurse practitioner she goes over your history and fills out their part of the state application. You then meet with a Medical Marijuana consultant who gives you a very thorough education on marijuana strains strengths what to watch for and how to counter act side effects. They give you the application you finish completing gather all the documents the state asks for. Mail the application in with the state fee and wait. Go to B&B consultant website. It will tell you everything you need to do.
I would visit the website. I know you usually make an appointment with them and you need to bring medical records for 6 months I think.
