I am a disabled veteran that was at risk of becoming homeless after having my lease terminated. It's because of Ken that I am not going to be. I have not moved in as of yet but the apartment is extremely nice and I can't wait to move in.

I really love it here. If you are responsible and do the right thing such as pay your rent on time you will have no problem. Ken is an amazing landlord and great guy. When you have a problem he sends the boys over and things always get done! If you pay rent on time, and don’t take advantage of things then this place could work for you. The only people that would ever have a problem with Ken are the disrespectful ignorant ones who try to get away with something they shouldn’t. He is absolutely entirely fair across the board as long as you respect and obey certain common sense things. Those complaining about living here are clearly the problem themselves. Thank you Ken and the boys for always being there for us!!

I am a previous tenant. Jamestown will use excuses to raise your rent like. Property tax increases for the city. Even though property taxes have been the same for the past 2 years. Tax accessor verified. Mold could be a problem. Window sills, sliding door in living room and not just the bathroom.
