DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR KID’S CONFIDENCE TO BE COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND FOR THEM TO LOOK LIKE A JOKE. i told the hairdresser to start off my cutting below the eyebrow so we can slowly work our way up.. but i guess she was rushing (even tho this place was empty????) and she immediately cuts above the eyebrow and blamed it on the hair “bouncing up”. you see that the girls hair is straight… wouldn’t that be common knowledge for a hair dress to know??… so unprofessional and has the nerve to ask for a tip. please have this woman’s non-existent license renewed or have her fired… no more kids deserve to go through this (she was the redhead working on sept17 at 1:30pm)

Their business hours require that you come 30 min before they close and even when you do, they still will not serve you. If you don’t want to accept walk ins, make the business appointments only. Refusing walk ins is terrible customer service.
