I have been coming here for my son's hair cuts since he was 2. Staff is excellent with him everytime. work fast and diligently so my wiggle worm gets a nice cut. That being said... I booked the morning of on a Wednesday morning. I took the last apt 5:40 pm. At 5 they were texting telling me to come in earlier. We live in westerly so there was no way for me to make it earlier. I told them that they asked if I could be there for 520. We were in route and couldn't make it which I had explained so they then proceeded to tell me if we were any later that 540 they would have to cancel on us because the worker had to pick up her child. Now being a mother I totally understand! Working for a business I do not... I felt it was unprofessional they kept pushing us to come earlier even though it was quite literally impossible... if someone has their kid to pick up I get it but then don't let people schedule Apts that late... I am not going to discontinue to go here since every other visit has been pleasant and my son sits for them. Just discouraged by their customer service that day.

Hello Jenny, thank you for reaching out to us. Last week was very busy with on-line scheduling due to the school vacation week, we also have a Stylist out on a leave. Our staffing was also affected Monday due to a Stylist who was not feeling well. We did try throughout the day to fill some hours but to no avail. I am sorry we were not able to accommodate your haircut request. Our on-line scheduling system does open 2 hours prior to our Salon open each day. If you receive a message that our Stylists are not available you can try again during the day looking for a cancellation. We are adding Stylists this week to our schedule and hope to accommodate more appointments on the scheduling system. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you will visit again soon.
