I have been going to this practice for 8 years. My PCP/nurse left and they gave me someone new to see, so I thought. I had my yearly visit, they spent 8 minutes with me. Then they messaged me saying I am no longer a patient and I need to find someone new, and the doctor I saw cannot be my new PCP. Very disappointed with how they ditched me after 8 years.

I received a text, robot call, and email today that my next appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called to reschedule I was told that the nurse practitioner is leaving and therefore I need to find a new primary care physician. I thought that Gregory Steinmetz was my primary care physician (for 5 years) but he is "no longer accepting new patients". I received no courtesy, compassion or politeness from the receptionist about this massive inconvenience. I thought they were all about serving the needs of other humans at this office but I'm suddenly just a number - and apparently I don't matter to this place or the doctors who practice there. Update: Several providers have left this practice suddenly, which is the reason they have dropped patients without sufficient notice. They now have turned off my access to my own medical records via their patient portal (without notification). Additionally, going onto my insurer's website to obtain a new PCP, the first names listed in my area that are "accepting new patients" are the ones who are no longer working there. A funny but a sad indication of how poorly this practice is managed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A month ago I waited over an hour and a half for an appointment. I asked multiple times throughout the hour of being there when I would be seen because I have other priorities (work, school) and i was told “soon”. Ended up seeing the doctor 1 3/4 hr after my scheduled appointment and no consideration to let patients know the lengthy wait time was taken. I have currently been playing phone tag for the past month with this office regarding a simple vaccine record to be sent to a new employer. After about 50 calls that go to voicemail before you can get in touch with someone. The secretary is unable or doesn’t know how to correctly fax Papers over so I had to go out of my own way. I will not be able to start my new job as an RN until next month because of this office’s unprofessional incapabilities. Do not become a new patient here unless you like calling 50 times for an answer and waiting ridiculous amounts of time to be seen. This office can not handle or manage their work load at all.

Next door there is a smaller office that they can see you in. Just call the office and let them know.
