I had applied for a move in date after calling the office, sent an application and gave a holding deposit of $200 later to find out they did not actually have any apartments available! And they did not refund me any money. Read the fine print, they will take your money. Do not recommend. There are so many better places.

My family have lived at Bayside Apartments for 28 years and counting! My parents raised us here because we felt safe and like Bayside was our home. The pool, basketball courts, large beautiful landscapes, and amenities have provided hours of entertainment and relaxation. Add to that the cookouts, seasonal events and parties that provide a welcoming sense of community and allow us to meet our neighbors. We are proud to be residents for nearly 3 decades! Thank you for all that you do.

I love living here! It’s close to everything you need and it’s extremely quiet. My building faces the back of the property so I enjoy a wooded view. The management company responds quickly to issues and takes excellent care of the property. The clubhouse is beautiful and tastefully decorated. I love the pool and the gym. I’m lucky that my neighbors are quiet and respectful. Thanks Bayside
