I know its frustrating. Try tracking packages using the specific company's app. If possible, have small packages delivered to your job or re-delivered to a local access point. Hope that helps!
It is their rule. You can use other services, if you don't like UPS
That's something you will have to ask them directly. Alot of times it has do with their schedule
