Whatever happened?
Staycie lynn, did you bring civil action against them? And if you did, what was outcome?
Nothing was done about it nothing ever happened to them i get all of her meds now from our local hospital
F…. CVS they never ever answer phones I’m calling the States Attorneys Ofc in the state I live in this is so unprofessional…… I hope they close everyone of them down!!!! When I get finish with them they probably have too!!!!!!!

Report it to the state Pharmacy Board if the WRONG drug was dispensed
