Does anyone work in the Corp office or is it company practice to leave customers who desire to complain on hold for long periods of time.

They put you on hold and ignore you and hope you will go away.

Yes, I waited nearly 3 hours for ANY office or employee who might help me. They are abysmally uncaring and incompetent! (I live less than a block away, and I can feel the toxicity in the entire block!
