Is there a standard for wait times on the phones at CVS? I can never get someone from the pharmacy in under 35 mins. It sucks to be not feeling your best and have to wait for this long EVERY TIME I call.

I am ready to change pharmacies.. because they put me on hold for 30 - 40 minutes each time I call..and that annoying music makes it impossible to continue to hold after 30 minutes. (highway 92 in Acworth) Why they even have a pharmacy number is beyond me, they should answer "please hold for the rest of the afternoon" I took a shower, while on hold and still no one came to the phone. Going to check-out Walgreens and/or Walmart.
