Best store in Rhode Island. The specialist are always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Jharyd the assistant manager helped me out and he is the best to say the least. Very educated & patient. He helped me find a way better service plan and an upgrade from an iPhone XS to the iPhone 13 Pro! This location is an extra 10 minute drive from my home but I’ll take the drive because I couldn’t be happier with the service I continue to receive. Thanks to the team.

I wish there was a zero star I could give , they wasted our time and refused to help us . Will never go there for anything. I would drive to a store 5 hours away before I go there !!! I bought the screen protector and insurance from t-mobile.And these rude men refused to exchange it !!! They acted as if it was coming from their pocket, I paid 64 for screen protector with replacement if anything happens to it , and I guess I paid for these guys unprofessionalism...

Number you can always keep, just need the account number and pin from the account we are taking it from. Devices need to be unlocked by prior carrier and verified to work on our Network first
