Scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirmation, confirming the appointment. When I arrived several days later I was informed they had no record of me or the appointment. I informed the receptionist that I could show her the email confirmation but she told me it wasn’t necessary and asked if I wished to reschedule? Reschedule? Are you kidding? I left work early and burned half a vacation day and all they could say is “ there must have been a glitch in the system, do you want to reschedule? To make matters worse, one of the Dr’s was sitting directly behind the receptionist and never had the decency to look at me or take ownership of their mistake. If he cares that little about his customers and his employees, I will go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
